4. Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the high bank international transaction fees, only in person standard registration fees paid in full can be refunded subject to receiving cancellation requests before 11 September 2023 and will be subject to a charge of 30%. 
  • Other types of registration will be offered free equivalent registration for the next edition of the conference subject to receiving their cancellation requests before 11 September 2023.
